In 1987，I  written a paper which 《 Hypothesis of hybrid variation cause cancer》 , In 1999 on October 23，this paper was received by Chinese 6th Hereditary Academy Congress & Science Forum  . The summary of this paper, have announced on《 Journal of Yunnan University 》（natural sciences vol. 21,1999）.

   This paper very long, more than 50,000 words. The paper brief is as follows.

  This paper first put forward a question: the human being hereditary system have been mixed with high degree, whether would result in the harmful effects severity?

  This paper pointed out each benefits or harms of consanguineous marriages and non- consanguineous marriages .
 
  This paper have deduced a mathematical model which morbidity of human heredity. The mathematical model open out that human mixed-blood with high degree random, then cause the morbidity of heredity to high degree. This paper point out the harms which the human random mixed marriages: （a）to transfer risks of recessive detrimental genes to the future generations . (b) Increase the types and number of the hereditary disease; Increase morbidity of hereditary disease ; (c) break  biological variety of the human oneself ; (d) Violate the rule of  biological evolution； (e) break natural ecosystem of the human heredity. This paper open out the phenomenons that positive correlation between human cancer mortality and distant consanguineous matings, the higher mixed marriage degree of nation, region, city, crowd, the higher human morbidity of cancer ; and distant marriages more and more in some country, region, city recently , the morbidity of cancers are more and more.

  This paper according to large quantity phenomenon which  positive correlation between human cancer morbidity  and human mixed marriages, according to biological general  knowledge that crossbreed can bring variation include harmful variation, according to issue of《 Principles of Human Genetics》( written by Curt stern  ),which the distant relative marriages possess some harms , According to the evidence that large quantity tumor can be produced from some animals cross and some plants cross. Therefore，put  forward a new hypothesis which hybrid variation cause cancer.

  This Hypothesis includes： （a）”negative  heterosis” cause cancers. （b）disorderly mixed genes cause cancer; （c）hybridization compose cancer genes；(d ) hybridization  lose anti-cancer genes; （e） infirmly linking mixed cell results in cancer;  (f) microcosmic circumstance in mixed body have been changed cause cancer; (g) excess hybridization increases risk of cancer. This paper have established an mathematical model that lose anti-cancer genes by cross, then educed deduction：the further each hereditary system of distant consanguineous parent, the higher offspring suffer from cancer probability . This  paper point out : the relation between distant consanguineous marriages and cancer , is the relation which cause and effect of probability. In addition, this paper point out: cancer is results of synthetical effect by hereditary  factor include distant consanguineous hereditary and factor of environment, and show this synthetical effect with a mathematical model. Discussed the similarities , differences and relation between the cancer of consanguineous mating and the cancer of distant consanguineous mating. point out : while analyse  phenomena which high cancer mortality of consanguineous marriages ，not only notice now correlational relation between consanguineous marriages and cancer, but also should notice historical correlational relation between the cancer and distant consanguineous marriages. This paper analyse hereditary factor of  nasopharyngeal darcinoma cancer in China guangdong , consider hybridization of china norward people and south people, is a historical reason of nasopharyngeal darcinoma . This paper analyse strange phenomenas that all cancer mortality are lower but mortality of nasopharyngeal darcinoma are higher in miao nation of China , this paper put forward some ideas  to prove the hypothesis of hybrid variation cause cancer.
 
  This paper point out that now human in face of disease of unknown reason , such as cardiovascular diseases，infant abrupt death，neuropathy and so on , should be researched from hybrid variation of distant consanguineous marriages. in the future, a new pathology of distant consanguineous marriages or non-consanguineous mating should be established.  

  Lastly, this paper is appealing to protect varieties of human being, to isolate village, tribe, nation that do not suffer harm of consanguineous marriages , but benefited from the consanguineous marriages; to decrease risk of distant consanguineous mating, include to decrease risk of mixed-blood of race, and to decrease risk of mixed-blood between china  norward  people and south people.

  Some experts of biology and genetics  in China, have predicted  that  hypothesis of hybrid variation cause cancer, is a  contribution for human being .
